Alan Bayham

Alan Bayham was admitted to practice law in Arizona in 1977. He is an AV-rated lawyer, and he has been practicing law for over 30 years. His practice is limited to accident and injury litigation and the representation of injured persons. He has had numerous jury trials and arbitrations. He was the President of the Arizona State Bar in 2010 and 2011, and he was an elected member of the Board of Governors of the State Bar of Arizona for over 10 years. He has taught advanced seminars to lawyers on Personal Injury, Damages, and Trial Practice Techniques. He is a member of the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association. Greg Bayham

Gregory Bayham is a personal injury attorney in his home state of Arizona. Greg is a Plaintiff’s personal injury attorney whose practice focuses on serious bodily injury including wrongful deaths, dog bites, automobile collisions, premises liability, and insurance law. Greg has found success in litigating for his clients against individuals, corporations, insurance companies, government entities, and hospitals. Greg has first chaired and participated in numerous complex lawsuits, jury trials, and arbitrations all throughout the state of Arizona in order to help injured people and their families recover and return to life as normal.

Born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. Greg attended Brophy College Prep where he devoted himself to service and athletics as he played football, baseball, and lacrosse. Greg went on to attend Arizona State University and Phoenix School of Law. Greg has been practicing as an attorney in Arizona since 2012. Greg is an avid sportsman and spends his free time coaching his daughters' sports teams and supporting local professional teams. 


Stanley M. Jerman

Stanley M. Jerman was admitted to practice law in Arizona in 1961. His practice is limited to representing injured persons in personal injury cases and wrongful death cases, which have primarily resulted from auto accidents. He has over 40 years of experience in litigation and jury trials. He has tried numerous jury cases and arbitrations as lead trial attorney and as Judge Pro Tempore in the Maricopa County Superior Court. He has argued numerous cases to Administrative Tribunals and to State Appellate Courts. He has been a member of the State Bar Trial Practice Section and a partner in Bayham Jerman, PLC since March 2001.
